What siamproperty.info stores in your browser, and how to change it
Before this page goes live
Every item marked like this has to be replaced with Siam Property's real details, and the finished text should be checked by a Thai lawyer. The wording below is a working draft prepared to cover the Thai PDPA and the European GDPR; it is not legal advice. Google Analytics is documented here, but it only starts collecting data once its measurement ID is added in js/custom-siam.js — until then nothing is loaded from Google.

1. The short version
This Website runs no advertising trackers and no social media pixels. It always stores one thing — your cookie choice. If you accept, it also remembers your language and uses Google Analytics to see how the site is used. Decline and none of the optional items are stored. Nothing is ever shared with advertisers.

The first two are stored by your own browser and never reach our server. The Google Analytics cookies, if you accept them, are read by Google. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the language switcher still works for the current visit only.
3. Third-party requests
The Jost and DM Sans typefaces are served from siamproperty.info itself, not from Google Fonts, so your IP address is never passed to Google just for a page to load. There are no advertising tags, no social media widgets and no embedded maps or videos from other providers.
The one third party the site can contact is Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. When you do, the page loads Google's analytics script and sends aggregated usage data (including your IP address, which Google shortens) to Google. If you decline, that script is never loaded and Google is never contacted. You can change your mind at any time — see below.
The only other requests that leave the site are links you click yourself — for example the WhatsApp button. Following one takes you to that company's own site, where its privacy policy applies.
4. Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser). They are not cookies and cannot be switched off, because they are how the server is kept secure and running. See section 3.2 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time:
- use the button below to reopen the cookie banner;
- or clear site data for siamproperty.info in your browser settings — every browser has this under Privacy or Site settings.
6. Legal background
Storing or reading information on your device needs your consent under Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive and the equivalent national rules (for example the UK PECR and the German TDDDG), unless the storage is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. The consent record is strictly necessary; the language preference is not, so we ask before writing it. Under the Thai PDPA, any personal data derived from this storage is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
